Despite all the weddings I have shot, I still get nervous on a wedding day. I check equipment, re-check, fiddle around some more and end up arriving way too early every time. It is only when I take the first picture of the day that I relax and start to enjoy the beautiful day that lies ahead.There is nothing routine about being a wedding photographer. Every wedding is different and special in its own unique way.

My photographic style is relaxed and without too much formal posing. I am a bit of a chatter-box though and like to laugh quite a lot as well. I am at ease with people and generally people relax quite quickly in my company. This is important as the best photographs always come when everybody is relaxed.

I like the couple to actively paricipate in some of the bridal shots and sometimes even come up with ideas. For the rest I keep to the background but I am not averse to putting together a quick pose or group shot. I always cover the whole wedding and will never leave before all the formalities are concluded.
